The Central and North Florida Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association serves Alachua, Bradford, Columbia, Dixie, Gilchrist, Hamilton, Lafayette, Levy, Marion, Suwannee, and Union Counties.  The local chapter has supported EASE: "Early Alzheimer Support and Education". It involves 8 weeks of two hour-a-week sessions for persons with Alzheimer's disease and family members.
