Assessment services include psychological assessment,
personality assessment, IQ and LD testing, forensic and
neuropsychological assessment and evaluations.

Specialty areas inlude adult and pediatric head injury
(mild traumatic brain injury to severe traumatic brain injuries),
assessment of other neurological injuries such as toxic exposure
or anoxia, traumatic injuries and adjustment to major medical illness,
PTSD, chronic pain, and ADHD.

Psychotherapy is offered for adults, adolescents and children.
We offer treatment for depression, loss, anxiety disorders,
eating and body image issues, adjustment problems,
alcohol or subtance abuse and other difficulties.

psychological or neuropsychologial Independent Medical
Examinations (IME), Formal Fitness for Duty Evaluation (FFD),
Disability Evaluations and psychological evaluation
in criminal homicide cases.

If you are involved in a legal case and need a comprehensive
evaluation, this must be arranged through your attorney or
through the defense/insurance company.

We are sorry to announce that after many years of serving as BCBS
providers, we no longer are in-network with BCBS, or any other
insurance company. You may file with your insurance company if it has
out-of-network benefits. For some plans the deductibles are not much
different, though you will have higher co-payments.

Benjamin Phalin, Ph.D. presented on Dementia in Parkinson's Disorder at the Tremors Symposium March 14, 2009 held at the Pioneer Garden Club in Ocala. The event was sponsored in part by Ocala Regional Medical Center.
